EASY TRANSPORTATION
Our current project in Pendik, the only district in Istanbul where air, sea, land and rail transportation are together, is 1 km to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 4 km to TEM and D100 highways, 4 km to Pendik Rail System and 200 Mt. away.

SUITABLE SUB AND SUPERSTRUCTURE
Aktürk Industrial World, designed in such a way that all kinds of vehicles can easily climb to the upper floors with its special architecture and a ramp suitable for vehicle entrances, makes it possible for construction equipment to easily enter and exit the ground, which can carry 7.5 tons. Its height between 7.5 mt and 9.80 mt provides a great advantage in terms of production and stocking. With a door width of 4.5 mt x 4.0 mt, it provides ease of entry and exit for high and wide vehicles very easily. For the beginning, the energy facility offered with 20 KVA energy support can be increased to 100 KVA and above in line with the demands of the building owners. It will be transformed into a modern industrial world with central generator, fire alarm systems, security camera systems and common areas.
